My Journey
Like so many of us, I once found myself caught in the endless demands of a fast-paced career and personal struggles, wondering when I’d finally feel like I could breathe again. Yoga started as something I’d turn to here and there—an escape, a momentary relief. But over time, it became so much more. It became a sanctuary, a practice that not only strengthened my body but brought peace to my mind and steadiness to my soul. It helped me discover that the balance I sought wasn't something I had to chase—it was something I could cultivate within myself.
